The ESD Swivlah is a product that optimizes the way you work with your Safariland QLS system and thigh strap. This small piece of Tegris relocates your thigh strap and allows for freedom of movement using human-centered design.

The addition of a thigh strap to a holster system can offer much-needed stability to a piece of gear that sees a lot of movement. This benefit comes with one major drawback. One of the chief complaints from shooters who use a thigh strap is that it constantly runs up their leg and begins to cause discomfort during extended use or dynamic movement. For a while, Edgar has been experimenting with different designs and solutions to this problem. We’ve come up with a solution that is lightweight, low profile and allows your gear to adapt to your movements. This small piece of Tegris attaches between your QLS receiver plate and your Safariland holster belt loop and drops the strap further down your thigh. The hole in the top of the extension allows the piece to move freely with your body during running, crouching, or other dynamic movements. You will receive two pieces of Tegris, one thin(I) and one thick(II), to allow you to dial in the right amount of flexibility and rigidity for your needs. If you want the most rigid piece possible you can stack the two pieces together. As always the ESD Swivlah is proudly made here in the USA.

So simple , yet so effective! No more riding the side of your junk with the standard strap holder. Lowers the strap to a comfortable level.

This fixed the problem I was having with my strap running at an awkward angle and pulling my gun side of my belt down. Haven’t had a chance to run it in a class or training yet, but just around the house there’s a noticeable difference. I ended up attaching both pieces that it came with for extra rigidity, may mess with it once I get more time on it.

Very simple and cheap solution to an irritating problem. Running mine on a True North MHA, and I find that the thinnest piece seems to have the best swing and aversion to catching the corner of my mount plate due to the ability to flex. I’m sure you can come up with a myriad of solutions by using QLS screw spacers, varying tegris thicknesses, and/or doubling up, so this’ll probably fit your niche. Pretty smooth.

Like everything ESD, a simple and effective design. Allows for complete freedom of movement while keeping the holster close to the body during activity.

I just got this product today and installed it… hands down the best money I’ve ever spent on an a holster accessories. I was slight confused about the install, but with some trial and error I found out that it was dumb simple. I strongly recommend this product to any average joe or competitive person to try and you won’t be disappointed.

I have only ran this for a couple of days, but it works exactly as described and appears that it will hold up well. Much more comfortable than running a strap off a mid ride UBL. Great little design!

Ridiculously effective. So far the thinnest Swivelah has held up to three 5k marches on a Safariland ALS attached to a True North MHA and while it does feel broken in, it does not appear to show any significant wear. Haven’t used the thicker one yet, wanted to see how the thin one held up first.

This is much better then True North’s LSK. Having used both, the difference is night and day. The LSK is static, really only serves to drop the strap down one inch from where it would sit running between screws. That’s it. The Swivelah however, it drops down about two inches lowers and it both swivels and flexes. The flex is key to its success and is what sets it apart from other currently available options. For less than $10 it’s a no brainer.

Wow. This is exactly what I was looking for! I am running a mid-length UBL and a Staccato P and during draws my holster would occasionally flop or fight the draw. To fix that I ordered a thigh strap but it rode too high, pulled my pants, and was super uncomfortable. I read favorable posts about this fix and decided to give it a shot. Now my setup is perfect all day long. Highly recommended.

Incredible. Your pair will thank you.

Simple and genius design. Works as advertised and you feel the different when you wear your gear and kneel down or make aggressive movements.

Works exactly as stated, keeps the holster secure but provides freedom of movement. I feel this is a must have if you run a mid ride ubl
