TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Limitation of Liability:

Edgar Sherman Design shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Edgar Sherman Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Edgar Sherman Design shall not be liable for the unlawful use or application of any of its products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Our offices are not open to the general public and are on an appointment basis only. Unannounced visitation is grounds for trespassing and will be prosecuted accordingly.

Typographical Errors:

In the event that a Edgar Sherman Design product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Edgar Sherman Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Edgar Sherman Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Edgar Sherman Design shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

Shipping and Receiving:

By adding shipping protection to your order, you can be confident in knowing that should something happen during transit, your order will be replaced (including shipping costs). The only things NOT covered by shipping protection are shown explicitly below:

Customs delays, package seizure, or failure to pay customs duties that are due, Incorrect or undeliverable address, items still in transit not exceeding 10 business days in transit for domestic shipments and 30 days internationally.
Shipments being returned for exchange or refund.
Claims are handled within 24-48 hours by reaching out to us at contact@edgarshermandesign.com with the subject line as: Shipping insurance claim. From there our CS team will work with you to confirm the issue at hand and work through a resolution be it working with you to source the package or replacing the order. Fraudulent claims are illegal and will be handled accordingly following guidelines of local laws.

Please be advised that by DESELECTING or DECLINING shipping protection, you assume ALL shipment risk and agree to not hold Edgar Sherman Design LLC liable for ANY lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you do not want to risk loss, adding shipping protection to all orders is strongly advised. 

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements

We accept returns or exchanges of items ordered from our website that are unused(showing no signs of wear), within 30 days upon receipt. All components of the product are necessary in order to be eligible. In the event of an exchange, items may be replaced with items of lesser, or equal value. If your item(s) do NOT meet the outlined requirements, your request will not be approved and the item(s) will be returned to you.

All returns and/or exchanges must include pictures of the product and must be approved via the ESD team through email: contact@edgarshermandesign.com

Cancellations: Immediately email contact@edgarshermandesign.com to request cancellation of your order. If your email has been received and we are able to stop your order before it has left our building then it is subject to a full refund including shipping. Orders that have left our facility are no longer eligible for cancellation and will move to a return or exchange. If you decide that you want to return your order, but it has not yet arrived at your mailing address, we recommend that you refuse the shipment, as you will not be charged for the return shipment. The original shipping cost is still at the expense of the customer. 

Any ESD product received that shows signs of a manufacturing defect will be replaced at our expense. An RMA label will be provided by ESD once Customer Service has received photos and determined that the product is eligible for replacement.

Any items returned for any reason should be packaged the same way that they were received, in order to avoid any damage in shipping. The customer will be liable for any products damaged due to improper packaging.

 

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Replacements void all fees unless there is damage to the returned product(s). Please allow 3-8 business days for your bank/card issuer to process the funds.

The customer is responsible for initial shipping costs and return shipping costs, unless stated by our customer service team, or in the event of a defective product being received. If choosing a refund, you will be refunded for the product minus a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
